What is Delibra?

A panel of AI models, not a single chatbot.

Delibra is a multi-model AI startup idea validator. It asks several large language models — GPT, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, Grok, Llama, Mistral, Qwen, Kimi, GLM, Nemotron, Command and Nova — to review the same business idea independently, lets them react to an anonymised digest of each other's views, and has a moderator separate strong signal from post-reveal signal. You get a 12-point report with a Kill / Fix / Test / Go all-in verdict, pricing and break-even maths, competitor threats, a 7-day validation plan, and a downloadable PDF.

Built for founders, indie makers, product managers and students who want to validate a startup idea, compare ChatGPT vs Claude vs Gemini opinions, and know what to test with real customers before writing code.

How it works

Five steps from idea to direction.

Every model analyzes your idea independently — no model sees another's answer until the comparison stage.

01

Describe your idea

Tell us what you're building, for whom, and what problem it solves.

02

Choose your AI panel

Pick which models review it, or start with a ready-made bundle.

03

Models analyze independently

Each one forms its own opinion, with no visibility into the others.

04

We compare their conclusions

A moderator maps where they agree, disagree, and why.

05

Get a validation plan

Walk away with real-world steps to test what's still unproven.

Example report

What you'll actually see.

No success scores. No fake percentages — just how many models converged on the same conclusion.

INDEPENDENT CONSENSUS · HELD BEFORE PEER REVEAL
0/5The problem appears real — target users already work around it manually.
0/5Willingness to pay needs validation before building billing.
EMERGED AFTER REVEAL · WEAKER SIGNAL
0/5Distribution, not the product itself, is the largest business risk.
MAJOR DISAGREEMENT · BEST FIRST CUSTOMER
GPT
Individual creators, growing fastest at the low end.
Claude
Creator agencies — fewer, larger deals, faster feedback.
Gemini
Small brands seeking creator partnerships directly.
What would resolve this: Interview 10 creators and 10 agencies, and compare stated willingness to pay.
Why this works

One AI gives you an opinion. Several give you a signal.

Independence removes anchoring

Models never see each other's answers during analysis, so when they agree, it actually means something — and when they don't, that's worth paying attention to.

Disagreement is information

Where models split, that's exactly where you have the most to learn from real customers, not from more AI opinions.

You keep the judgment

We surface assumptions, risks and open questions. You still decide what to build and how to test it in the real world.

Pricing

Pay per validation, not per month.

No subscription to start. Run one when you have an idea worth checking.

FAQ

Before you ask.

Delibra is a multi-model AI panel for validating startup and business ideas. Several leading AI models (such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, Grok, Qwen and Kimi) review your idea independently, react to an anonymised digest of each other's views, and a moderator turns the result into a 12-point report with a Kill, Fix, Test or Go all-in verdict.

No. Nothing can. What it does is show you where informed AI opinions agree, where they diverge, and what's still unproven — so you know what to test before you build.

You can — but a single model gives you one framing, and it's easy to anchor on whatever it says first. Delibra runs several models independently, then structures the disagreement for you and separates strong signal from opinions that only changed after seeing peers.

You choose from leading models across providers, including GPT, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, Grok, Llama, Mistral, Qwen, Kimi, GLM, Nemotron, Command and Nova. How many sit on your panel depends on the plan — Deep Review includes the widest panel.

Every run is paid and there is no free tier. Quick Check is ₹99 (about $4.99) with 3 reviewers, Founder Panel is ₹199 (about $9.99) with 5 reviewers, and Deep Review is ₹299 (about $14.99) with 7 reviewers and full model transcripts.

When the panel finishes, you can download a formatted PDF of the full 12-point report plus an appendix of what each model said in both rounds. The PDF is assembled from the data already collected during your run, so it makes no extra AI calls and uses no additional tokens — you can download it again any time within two hours.

Yes. Add evidence from user interviews or a landing page test to your idea description and start a new run — the panel evaluates the idea with that evidence in hand.

Email pp.techlabs@gmail.com for support, payment or refund questions, or privacy requests. Include your Razorpay order or payment ID so the order can be found quickly. Replies usually come within 2 business days.

If a run fails after payment, the payment stays valid so you can retry. If you paid but could not get a report, email pp.techlabs@gmail.com with your payment ID within 7 days for a full refund. Once a complete report has been delivered the payment is not refundable, except for duplicate or incorrect charges.

Let the panel delibrate before you build.
